The FLOM x Livestrong release was in Miami last saturday, one of the 14 stores in the U.S. to carry the Nike Dunk designed by Futura dosmil … and to my surprise, there he was! I didn’t think it would be true when I heard the rumors, seeing as Miami doesn’t get much of a reputation like that. and this being such a strong release it was pretty awesome. One of my favorite artists down the block from my house, good stuff.. He managed to sign a FLOM shirt I had, and knew who I was from flickr comments, dude told me I looked taller online, not the first time I heard that. bummed I couldn’t get a pair from the raffle, but all is well.. A lot of people were pretty clueless to who he was when he introduced himself, a lot of “uhhh who?” faces… Hype overrules.
