JAPAN pt. 1
Tuesday, July 13, 2010
Well, Japan was fucking amazing. It’s nuts when you try and plan for a trip for SO LONG and you’re finally there. I wish I stayed longer to soak it up more but I was limited with time and after walking 8 straight hours all day I just couldn’t do anything more then explore the cities in TOKYO. I met a lot of awesome and interesting people, bought a lot of stupid and nerdy things, and best of all I experienced it with my girlfriend. I really hope to be back soon, maybe with ALPHA & OMEGA next year or whenever they decide to go out there. big ups to KOBA, PAUL, & EIJI for making this trip much more enjoyable. You fucking fucks. I love you.
There are way too many photos I took on this trip, so I’m splitting them up. Here is Pt. 1

Outside of a Uniqlo waiting, no big deal.

One of the more popular toy stores – Kiddyland

Toy Story 3 came out in Japan on July 5th, wasn’t out while I was there but every STORE had toy story SOMETHING. Whether it was food, toys, games, pens, anything. They had it for this movie. If there is one thing Japan is awesome at, it’s campaigning, producing, organizing and making people GEEK out on all this crap. I loved that.

Studio Crocodile DISNEY stuff

key chains for everything

James Jarvis toys always look great on display

Who wouldn’t a $900 life-size Totoro?

Miffy is my best friend

NECKFACE is all over TOKYO

No REN&STIMPY shirts, no care.

This is KOBA, he helped us around tokyo for two days. I love that guy. He's straight edge too, legit.

KOBA introduced me to BEEF BOWLS. I’m hooked.
